The Wheeler Family is going to Rwanda!
We will be living in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, and Tom will be working with the City Government to help train and master plan the development of Kigali.

Love the pics. Keep them coming. It is great fun to see how you all are doing. Fun to see the Halloween costumes. I didn't know they celebrated it? Was it a lot different? Do they go door to door for candy or was this more something they just did at the school? BTW..Zach did a great job of dressing like his dad and Hannah looked everybit the princess her mom is. Kevin
