The Wheeler Family is going to Rwanda!
We will be living in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, and Tom will be working with the City Government to help train and master plan the development of Kigali.

Hello Wheelers! I love hearing your updates. It sounds like Africa is treating you well. It is wonderful to see all of your smiling faces. I have begun studying for my teaching credential tests in New York. There are three tests that cover everything you have ever learned while in school. Wish me luck, and I will send my prayers for your requests in your letter. I would love to send a care package to you, please send your address if you can!
