The Wheeler Family is going to Rwanda!
We will be living in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, and Tom will be working with the City Government to help train and master plan the development of Kigali.

Christmas with the Brase Family
The Brase family came and visited us for Christmas!
Lake Kivu and Bat Island (if you honk the horn on the boat enough, thousands of bats will start flying out of their cave!)
